Christchurch residents are being asked to share their opinions on a proposal to transform the town centre.
Heritage is to be a big part of the new image, but the council want to transform it into a 21st century town centre by offering free wifi to shoppers in the main areas.
New street furniture, improved shop fronts and ‘vibrant’ business hubs are set to be part of the ‘small changes to make a big difference’ in the council’s plans.
One of the biggest changes will come to the layout of the town, with a complete change to the Fountain roundabout being proposed to ensure easy access to the town.
These plans could be bought forward if residents approve of the ideas.
Buzz is able to give you a preview of the potential new look for Christchurch and wants to know whether you think it’s a good idea or think it should be left how it is.
