AFC Bournemouth fans have reacted to the news that despite having a recent investment into the club that they may not spend much money in the January transfer window, and they are demanding for signings to improve the squad in the next transfer window.
Bournemouth fan Jim Pope, a university lecturer, called for the club to spend money if there is money to spend and also: “I could imagine not spending money and getting relegated”.
Jay Coppoletta and Matt Hulsizer have joined the board of directors.
The new partnership between AFC Bournemouth and PEAK6 see’s two members from the American investment firm join the board of directors at the club. Jay Coppoletta and Matt Hulsizer have joined the board of directors. In a statement released by the club Jeff Mostyn has said: “That it is a pleasure to announce Mr Hulsizer and Mr Coppoletta will join the board of directors” he also went on to say that Mr Hulsizer “will bring a wealth of expertise to the club”.
AFC Bournemouth currently lie in the relegation zone of the Premier league and have a number of players out with serious injuries with fans asking for more signings to make sure AFC Bournemouth can remain in the Premier league for another season.

Bournemouth fan Rich Gorvin said “I think Maxim Denim and the new people will want the team to stay in the premiership and will spend some money but will probably be quite wise about it and not advertise it too much”. He further went on to say that the club “Need a new striker or possibly two new strikers”.
