Jonny Benjamin tried to take his own life in 2008. He stood on the edge of Waterloo Bridge in London but was thankfully talked down by a passer-by. In 2014, he started the #FindMike campaign to find the man who saved his life. Now, several years on, Jonny has received an MBE for his services to mental health and suicide prevention.
