World Mental Health day is officially underway, with people up and down the nation doing their bit to raise awareness.
Since 1994 World Mental Health day has been used to educate citizens on mental illness, and the devastating toll it has on so many lives every day
This October, things are no different. Thousands of people are celebrating the annual awareness program, as the connotations surrounding mental health become much more normalised in modern society.
A host of famous faces around the world have been getting involved this year, including Ed Sheeran and Prince Harry. The two sat down together to discuss the importance of reaching out to family and friends, in an instagram video that has since amassed 1.5 million views.
There were also familiar faces getting involved in Bournemouth, with AFC Bournemouth midfielder Harry Wilson attending a Reach session in partnership with Dorset Mental Health Forum.
