Paul Skipton of Stanley Road in Springbourne has decorated the inside and outside of his house for trick or treaters tonight in order to raise money for a guide dog charity for the blind. Visitors are in for a spooky treat, and Paul is encouraging a small donation. Zak Jakubowski reports.
