Last week saw the return of the popular Light Up Poole Festival showcasing light installations all over Poole Town Centre.
The three-day event brought together the work of talented artists, designers and engineers to showcase their mesmerising installations.
Ashley Wilkie, a motion graphic designer, was one of those commissioned to contribute some work. This year saw the return of his popular ‘Juxtaproject’, a projection that allows the public to rearrange their reality with body parts.
New for this year was Ashley’s ‘Ebbs and Flows’, an architectural projection mapping presented on the Guildhall. Which Ashley says has an entertainment value but also a cultural meaning. Check out the video below for the inspiration behind it.
