RESULT: Sir Robert Symes retains seat in Poole

Sir Robert Symes will serve as MP for Poole for another term after a resounding victory.

This will be Symes’ seventh consecutive term since the election in 1997.

He achieved the feat with a comfortable victory with 29,599 votes.
