AFC Bournemouth have enquired about the possibility of signing Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose, according to Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre .
It was also claimed that Watford, Newcastle and three other Premier League clubs had an interest in the England international.
But speaking at the press conference previewing Monday’s FA Cup clash with Arsenal, Howe vehemently denied the reports – saying there was “absolutely nothing to tell you on any rumours”.
Despite this, Howe did reiterate that they are still “actively looking” for potential incoming players.
Rose, 29, has played for the North London side since 2007 – appearing in his first game during the 2009/10 season.
He has since gone on to play over 200 times for the club and has represented England 29 times.
