Environmental Benefits of Veganism on the UK Agriculture System

The number of people partaking in Veganuary has steadily increased year on year. And now with the environmental benefits of a plant based diet becoming a more important factor for those switching to one, reporter Gracie Leader went in search of some advice from the National Vegan Society’s Tim Thorte.

He explained the inefficiency of the agriculture system in the UK and the direct effect it has on our greenhouse gas emissions.
