AFC Bournemouth Head Coach Gary O’Neil spoke to the media ahead of the Cherries’ trip to Brentford this Saturday.
After his team’s recent dip in form, O’Neil addressed the need to bounce back.
“Two home performances against Crystal Palace and Burnley, not up to the level we would expect.
“Lots of work has been done to make sure we can improve as always.”
On whether the squad is staying united, O’Neil said: “The group will 100% stay united. I think that will never be in question.
“We understand the challenge that’s ahead of us, we understand where we are in it factually, not just by the noise and some of the stories you may see or read.
“The actual facts of where we are, we are really clear on.”
Cherries fans will know how crucial this part of the season is and O’Neil reiterated the importance of the upcoming games.
“The next few weeks will be big, the next few months are going to be big. We know that. As always, focus is 100% on this Saturday so Brentford away.
“We need to go on and put in a real big performance and get the best out of ourselves as much as we can in every department and take as much away from Brentford as we possibly can in the evening.”
