This week is dedicated to making people aware about cervical cancer and the steps to take to reduce the risk of cancer.
The campaign commences from the 22nd to 28th January 2024. It usually takes place during the last week of January every year.
Every day in the UK, two women lose their lives to cervical cancer and nine more receive a life changing diagnosis.
Around 2,700 women in the UK get diagnosed with cervical cancer.
‘GO Girls‘ is a UK charity campaigning for genealogical cancer.
