An investigation has been launched after a home was devastated in a violent fire last night in Christchurch.
Fire crew’s were called at 8:30pm on 15th January to find the property on Iford Lane, consumed by flames.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue crews used four sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reels, two main lines to control the fire. They have confirmed there were no casualties and that an investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
There is substantial damage to the home which can be seen with shattered windows and parts of the roof missing.
