Poole Town has had to postpone their home game against Winchester City tonight.
Although the hosts attempted to cover the pitch, overnight frost has resulted in pitch inspectors deeming the grounds unsafe.
According to the met office Poole and its surrounding areas reached lows of minus 9 C last night, these low temperatures have led to multiple yellow weather warnings and snow cautions.
The non-league Southern South teams sit just three points apart on the table, with Poole just ahead in 11th.
The game will be rescheduled to a later date, yet to be announced.
