Local beachfront café enters the market at £7.5 million

Jazz Café on Shore Road, Poole, has been put on the market by its owners of twenty-eight years.

Estate agents, Key Drummond currently have the listing on their website.

Located at the beginning of the Sandbanks peninsula, the café is a popular spot for beach-goers, dog walkers, local residents and holiday-makers.

Posted on property website, Rightmove, it is stated that the venue is able to hold up to one-hundred and fifty people and is listed as a great space for private functions.

There is also a loyalty scheme with over nine hundred members.

Even though the business is still fully operational, the premises is not open in the evenings- including the weekend evenings.

However, Key Drummond Estate Agents are keen to explain that the property license does allow evening use, which is good for business with future owners.

The Café is also well known for their Sunday lunchtime jazz sessions.

Every other Sunday, live jazz is showcased by the Andy Urquhart Quartet to customers.

This will be continuing for the foreseeable future.
