AFC Bournemouth host high-flying Gunners in hopes of a result

AFC Bournemouth are hoping to break Arsenal’s unbeaten streak as they welcome them to the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.

The Cherries are looking to bounce back following their recent 1-0 defeat to Leicester.

All players look to be available for Bournemouth including Tyler Adams, who has only managed to play four times since signing for the club due to injuries.

Manager Andoni Iraola said: “Tyler hasn’t played a lot, so he probably lacks some game time, but he has played very well during this break and he is ready.”

Antoine Semenyo has been a shining light for Bournemouth this season, scoring three goals so far, and he will look to continue this run of form come Saturday.

Arsenal will look to build on their title campaign, after poor luck with injuries this season.

Most recently, Bukayo Saka picked up a leg injury in England’s international against Greece.

Mikel Arteta said: “It’s not a serious injury.” The Arsenal manager is hopeful that he will be fit for Saturday.

Kai Havertz and Gabriel Martinelli could also return from injury this weekend, with Thomas Partey confirmed to be fit and ready to play.

Bournemouth are still yet to beat Arteta’s side since his appointment in 2019 so Iraola’s side will look to change that this weekend.
