Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has revealed Tyler Adams is in contention to make his long-awaited return against Arsenal this weekend.

The midfielder underwent surgery on his back after the United States’ Copa America exit in July and spent three months on the sidelines.

Adams, 25, has made just three Premier League appearances for Bournemouth since signing from Leeds United in the summer of 2023.

He last featured for the Cherries in a 2-1 defeat against Brentford in May after coming on as a late substitute.

“Everyone is going to be available. Different cases,” Iraola said. “The case of Tyler, he hasn’t played a lot so he might lack some game time which is normal. He has trained very well. He is ready.

“The same with Milos (Kerkez). He is feeling better. We still have to train today so we will see but yesterday they both trained.”

Adams’ last appearance came during a 1-0 loss to Uruguay during the summer.

The former Leeds United player has made 27 Premier League appearances in total, 24 of which came during his spell at Elland Road.
