President Trump has pardoned 23 anti-abortion activists, whilst calling their convictions ‘ridiculous’.

These pardons are issued today and a day before ‘March for Life’ which is an annual anti-abortion rally in Washington D.C.

Information from the BBC says that some of those who have been pardoned have been convicted of blockading a reproductive health clinic.

Student Fern Benamor said “From abortion rights to trans healthcare, every single opinion he has is fascist, I don’t know why he’s allowed to be president.”

Along with this, President Trump has called North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un a “smart guy” and has put plans in place to release classified documents on the assassination of President John F Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.
