“I teach Yoga, Breath-work and sound healing mainly to support someone’s self love or body love journey.”

Lillie Hussain is a young yoga instructor who believes in the power of self love and friendship and wants to show it this February by running a Galentine’s day class to celebrate “sisterhood and the amazing people in our lives”.

Lily Hussain, in her own words, descries her class. Video taken by Holly Austin.

The class is on Saturday 8th February at 9AM on Bournemouth’s Alum Chine beach and involves community, connection and optional sea dips if you can brave the cold.

The workshop is based on reconnecting with the self and friends this valentines season.

The class is 30 Minutes and it starts with self love yoga flow, followed by a friendship breath work connection practice, then an optional sea dip to reconnect with nature and be reborn refreshed and renewed.

She said: “I invite everyone to bring a hot brew with you, a fluffy hat, some fluffy and a jumper and to come on down.”

You can bring a friend for free.
