Poole Town joint manager Pat Suraci has hinted that his side will take a conservative approach as they travel to Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday: “We need to make sure we are organised, hardworking, difficult to play against and a threat on the counter attack”
The Dolphins will be hoping to kick on after a late 1-0 win over Basingstoke last weekend and can go five points clear of the relegation zone with a win.
Suraci, however, believes his side face a stern test: “They are a good ball playing team, They are well organised and well structured.”
Havant & Waterlooville currently sit in the playoff spots but they are winless in the last three and they will be looking to get back to winning ways.
When asked about how he wants his side to approach the match, Pat Suraci replied: “It’s about continuing the positive performances we have been putting in.”
Suraci has also confirmed whether new signing Keelan O’Connell will be in the squad travelling to Havant tomorrow exclusively telling Buzz Sport: “Keelan will be in the squad tomorrow”.
Poole supporters will be looking for a clinical performance from their new winger.
If other results go in their favour, Poole could jump to 13th with a win while defeat could see them firmly rooted in the Southern League Premier South relegation battle.
