The Iford Golf Centre in Christchurch has flooded in the aftermath of Storm Eowyn and Herminia.
The course, formally known as Christchurch Golf Club, sits alongside the River Stour that has contributed heavily to the damage of the course.
The club have said that the course may be closed for another two weeks but believe the closure will continue if extra rainfall is expected.
Storm Eowyn has caused many yellow weather warnings across the UK, closely followed by Storm Herminia that has hampered recovery efforts.
Due to the Storms many sports clubs have been affected and events set to take place have been called off with more likely to be announced.
Football matches at Hamworthy Recreation and Wimborne Town were amongst the matches to be called off, following AFC Bournemouth’s development teams game being cancelled off on Monday night.
Dorset are currently under 13 flood warnings, and winds reaching up to 85 miles per hour in Dorset over the weekend, recorded by the Met Office.
