The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for Friday as the storm is expected to hit Weymouth, Bridport and Lyme Regis.
These areas will be hit with winds of up to 60MPH on Thursday, with heavy rain also expected.
Friday will see even stronger winds of up to 70MPH, with the Met Office also issuing a flood warning to the affected areas.
