Weymouth FC lost 2-0 against Hampton & Richmond last night as the Terras dismal run of form continues.

Goals from Archy Dennis Taylor and Michael Eric Atkinson condemned the Terras to their 17th league defeat of the season.

New loan signing, Diamond Edwards, was thrown into the starting lineup – despite the signing being announced 15 minutes prior to kick-off.

Edwards signed on a 0ne month loan from Port Vale, having only played on four occasions for the club.

The attacking midfielder was subbed off late in the game after impressing on a difficult evening for the Terras.

Warren Feeney’s side are without a win since early December, which came in the form of a 2-1 win against Yeovil in the FA Trophy.

Weymouth’s attention will now turn to their home clash against Welling United, Warren Feeney’s former side.

Welling United sit just outside the relegation zone, yet have a 14 point difference to the Terras.

With only 16 points after 29 games this season, the Terras seem destined for the drop.
