AFC Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo has scooped up PFA Fans’ Player of the Month, beating the likes of Man City’s Erling Haaland and Liverpool’s Ryan Gravenberch.
The Ghanaian scored twice and picked up an assist in 3 appearances for the Cherries in September, playing a huge part in their unbeaten run in September.
He scored and assisted in their 2-1 win against Brighton, as well as played the whole game in their 0-0 draw away to Newcastle.
Semenyo also picked up another goal away to Leeds with a brilliant free kick.
It brings his total of the season to 6 goals and 3 assists in 7 games.
He is now only 5 goals and 2 assists off from his totals from last season.
As well as Haaland and Gravenberch, he also beat Newcastle’s Nick Pope, Sunderland’s Omar Alderete, and Arsenal’s Martin Zubimendi, to the award.
The Cherries currently sit 4th in the Premier League, having not lost since the opening weekend.
Their only loss came away against second-placed Liverpool.

The Cherries face a tough run of fixtures coming up, including Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this weekend and two successive away games against Man City and Aston Villa at the beginning of November.
They will be hoping Semenyo continues his fine form this Saturday and November so that the Cherries can get the most out of these fixtures and stay in the top 4.
