Head coach Andoni Iraola says that the Brazilian is: “Definitely out”
The 26-year-old missed out on the Cherries’ trip to Selhurst Park last weekend after sustaining a calf injury before the Crystal Palace clash.
The Spaniard expanded on the injury, saying: “He’s not far, but he’s not ready for Sunday.
“I hope he could play the next one but I’m not sure”
After scoring ten goals in his first Premier League season, Iraola will be looking forward to his star striker returning.

Despite the absence, the Cherries had no problems in front of goal, with summer signing Eli Junior Kroupi netting two in his first Premier League start.
The manager said that the 19-year-old has “This instinct – it’s not easy to coach, and we have to try to take benefit.
The Vitality is also ready to welcome back David Brooks from his hamstring injury.
He said: “Brooksy has been training with us [for the] last two days so I hope he’s available.”
Elsewhere, Enes Unal is returning from a long-term injury, having been out since January with an ACL tear.
Iraola says: “With Enes now it’s all about winning the form, winning the rhythm – from the injury side we’re confident.”
The 43-year-old welcomes the selection headache as he is set to welcome two strikers’ impending returns.
He said: “The problem for me is that I have a lot of players – It’s good that we have this internal competition.”
