Fire crews were called to a blaze at a commercial premise on the Holton Heath trading estate in Poole early this morning.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of the fire at 7:38am and quickly dispatched multiple crews to the scene.
Six fire engines attended, two from Poole and one each from Hamworthy, Westbourne, Redhill Park and Springbourne.
An aerial ladder platform from Westbourne was brought alongside.
Firefighters wearing breathing equipment used several hose reel jets and main lines to tackle the fire in the commercial building on site.
Crews worked for over two hours to bring the fire under control.
Hannah Tompkins, a spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue, confirmed that all persons were accounted for and no casualties were reported.
“Our stop message came in at 10:03am, and all resources have left the incident.”
“A re-inspection was scheduled to take place in the afternoon to ensure that the site remained safe.”
The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.
