An award winning coach has opened a new gym in Christchurch promising to help clients reach their goals.
Scott Mcgimpsey, who launched Endure Hybrid Training Club, is also the founder of Bend, Don’t Break, another hybrid coaching programme.
The opening came with free taster classes, which introduced what was in store for people interested in the club.
The hybrid training club offers services different to a standard gym, the club tracks health metrics such as digestion and nutrition and even the group members energy levels, mood and stress.
He said “As an athlete, endure is everything I needed but never got”.
“The difference with us over other clubs is that we care about our clients”.
“We know their kids’ names, their pets’ names and what their aspirations are, so having such a personalised approach goes the extra mile to help our clients reach their goals”.
Endure offers educational modules, to help keep their clients knowledgeable on their practices, which includes, tempo, zoom training, breath work and a mindset module that involves discussion on resilience and endurance.
Clients of endure are also given access to recipe packs and meal plans to help with their nutrition.
Endure would like to help students at Bournemouth University, and have offered a 15% discount.
