Bournemouth’s creative energy was on full display last week as Boscombe hosted a new street art exhibition organised by the Raw Wall Collective.
The event, held inside the Sovereign Shopping Centre, showcased work from more than 40 artists, bringing together graffiti, pop art and digital design in one vibrant space.
The pop-up gallery opened on 31 October with a lively launch night featuring DJs, local performers and live painting sessions.
Over the weekend, hundreds of visitors explored the colourful displays, many of which highlighted themes of identity, mental health and community.
Organisers said the aim was to give a platform to emerging talent and to “bring creativity back to the high street” by transforming an empty retail unit into an art space.
The exhibition reflects Boscombe’s growing role as a cultural hub — and offers rich opportunities for local storytellers and student journalists to capture Bournemouth’s artistic pulse.
