Dorset Police have issued a witness and dashcam appeal following a collision which caused serious injuries in Hurn this morning.
The incident was reported at 8:04 AM on Tuesday 27 January 2026, with the collision involving a Ford Transit van and a Nissan NV200.
It occurred on Matchams Lane, close to Bournemouth Airport in Hurn.

“I would also like to speak to anyone who may have captured relevant dashcam footage.
“Finally, I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding during the road closures, which were put in place to enable the emergency services to respond and for an examination of the scene to be carried out.”
