Poole Town make the short trip to The Bob Lucas Stadium on Saturday to face local rivals Weymouth.

Brandon Goodship has been in fine form for Weymouth in recent weeks having scored four in his last two games for Jamie Wells’ side.

Poole captain Jamie Whisken looked ahead to the game and said: “I think on our day we can beat anyone, we’re a confident side and we’ll go into the game with full confidence.”
There is no Wimborne Town in action on Saturday with their match against Walton & Hersham being postponed due to Walton’s progression in the FA Trophy.
In the Wessex Premier Division, Christchurch are at home against East Cowes Victoria at The Hurn Bridge Sports Club.
This will be the first match of 2026 for Wayne Crutcher’s side following the 2-1 defeat to Portland United on the 27th December.
Hamworthy Recreation are also at home on Saturday, they look forward to hosting Downton, coming off the back of a 1-0 win over New Milton Town thanks to Christopher Long’s winner for Wayne Smith’s side.
Bournemouth Poppies will be looking to turn the tide after consecutive heavy defeats in which they lost 6-2 to East Cowes Victoria and then 5-0 to Hamble Club last Saturday.
