Dorset Police are appealing for witnesses and information as part of their investigation into a burglary in Bournemouth.
The burglary occured on Tuesday 27th January 2026 between 3:30pm and 4:55pm at an adress in Wilfred Road, Boscombe.
Various items were stolen including jewellery, laptops, cash, a wallet and bank cards.
A silver and diamond engagment ring were among the items of jewellery stolen.
CCTV enquiries have already been made.
The officers are describing the offender as white, of stocky build and thought to be wearing a dark-coloured hooded jacket and light-coloured trousers.
Police Constable Sarah Dutton, of Bournemouth police, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into this burglary and I am keen to hear from anyone with information that might assist our investigation.
“We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area of Wilfred Road, Crabton Close and Beechwood Avenue around the relevant time period, as well as anyone who may have captured relevant footage featuring a man matching the description given on home CCTV systems, doorbell cameras or dashcams.”
