AFC Bournemouth Under 18’s will travel to London as they face tottenham Hotspur in the fifth round of the FA Cup after putting five past the Magpies without reply.
Having the opportunity to play at St James’s Park, the young cherries outclassed their opponents on their own patch with starlet Jonny Stuttle taking the match ball home. Bournemouth did enough in the first half as they blew the North East side away, leading 4-0 as the half time whistle blew.
Ashley Clarke drew first blood in the first minute of the game after bursting through the Magpies backline and finished in confident fashion, putting Bournemouth in front.
Jonny Stuttle doubled the lead in the 31st minute, wrestling the ball away from the Newcastle defender to then rocketing it past near post from outside the box. Jack holman got in on the act to make it 3-0 in the 41st minute with an outrageous free kick. Clarke won a penalty on the verge of half time with Stuttle confidently putting the ball away to complete the first half rout.
Stuttle completed his hat trick as he broke away from his markers, placing the ball into the bottom right corner.
