Train service between Dorchester and Bournemouth back to normal following delays

A fault on a train at Wool has led to blocked lines and delays of up to 20 minutes.

Trains could be delayed or even cancelled and disruptions are expected until 10 am.

SWR currently have a fleet maintenance team investigating and fixing the fault.

It is believed the cause for the Blocked lines is ice on the tracks around Wool station.

According to the SWR website the delays were caused by ice and are now cleared.

SWR have apologised for any delays.
