Milos Kerkez and Dominik Szoboszlai will face each other this weekend at the Vitality Stadium.
Kerkez has been one of the Cherries best performers this season, helping Bournemouth in their push for European football.
Szoboszlai has recently hit a good run of form, scoring in Liverpool’s recent 4-1 against Ipswich which put the Reds 6 points clear at the top of the Premier League.
With more Hungarian players performing in Europe’s top leagues, Hungarian journalist, Dominik Mohai from Nemzeti Sport, believes Hungary can qualify for the 2026 World Cup: “With Kerkez and Szoboszlai performing as well as they are, Hungarians can dream of qualifying for the World Cup for the first time since 1986”
Both Kerkez and Szoboszlai will want to gain bragging rights as they face each other on the pitch on Saturday.
Mohai said: “They have a really good relationship off the pitch.
“Milos is a guy who doesn’t keep much contact with other players or the media but has a really good connection with Dominik.”
The Cherries left-back has been linked with a move away to many big clubs following his excellent performances this season. Mohai said: “He could be playing for Liverpool next season.
“I expect that he will be playing champions league football next season for a top club.”
In the last 11 Premier League games, both sides boast identical records; seven wins and zero losses.
A Bournemouth win on Saturday could see them go fourth in the League, ten points behind Liverpool at the top of the league.
