Bethany White

Hello my name is Bethany White and I am a 20 year old Multimedia Journalism student at Bournemouth University, originally from Bristol.

I currently write stories for Buzz News and report for Nerve TV with the future ambition to be a War Correspondent.

I aim to write and broadcast stories about people who do not have a voice in today’s society to give them a chance to get their stories, opinions and views voiced and told to the world.

Up to a year ago I found I had no voice or say in today’s world and society and I hope to change this and help as many people as I can to express themselves.

I am very proud to have won the BBC Young Reporters Competition in 2022 being chosen as a national winner for my story submission and now having a by-line on the BBC’s website.
