The Cherries are currently sitting in 19th place, two points adrift of 17th place Watford.

Fletcher said: ” We’re doing everything to change it around, there’s still 16 or 17 games left, a lot of points to play for. Keep the faith in us and stick with us if we ever need the support it’s more than ever now.”

He added: “Listen – you keep the faith. We’ve produced some unbelievable moments at this football club especially in the last 10 years from being out of the football league to playing the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool.”

Despite their current form, the Cherries will look for three points against Norwich City on Saturday 18th at Carrow Road.
