The incident happened on 11 December 2019 at Court Stores on Sandbanks Road at around 2pm. It is reported that a man lead a member of staff away from the till area in an attempt to distract him.

When the staff member returned to the till, they found that a large quantity of cash had been stolen.

Police Constable Charlie Bailey, of Poole Police, said: “As part of my enquiries I have obtained CCTV images of two people I would like to speak to.

“I would urge anyone who recognises them to please get in touch.”

If anybody witnessed the burglary or has any information, Dorset Police ask that you contact them by calling 101. Alternatively you can contact them via their website here.
