Community organisation 13ANK has been helping the Havant, Hampshire area by running a food bank for those struggling during the Covid-19 period.

The 7-year-old organisation helps those who are vulnerable and cannot afford essential items such as clothes and food.

They have a number of banks available to the community which function to help locals in areas that are adversely affected by poverty.

The types of provision include a pet bank, a free bank, a uniform bank and a lunch bank.

BUzz reporter, Lauren Townsend spoke to the director of the 13ANK and a volunteer who gets food parcels for her father who is isolating.

For more information, visit their website at www.13ANK.co.uk.
