Antoine Semenyo set to join AFC Bournemouth

January 27, 2023 //  by Will King

AFC Bournemouth are set to complete the signing of Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo.

The Ghanaian international will join for an initial £9 million plus add-ons, and will sign a four year contract until 2027.

Semenyo has six goals and two assists this season in the championship this season, and recently appeared at the World Cup in Qatar with Ghana.

A brilliant technical dribbler, and good output in both goals and assists. Semenyo would bring a sense of directness to the cherries attack.

Antoine Semenyo will become Bournemouth’s third signing of the Bill Foley era, after Dango Ouattara and Darren Randolph.

Bournemouth are set to be busy in the final days of the window, with Matias Vina having a medical at the club and interest in Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo.

Nicolas Jacksons move has not collapsed as of yet. The Villarreal forward will undergo further medical tests.
