A power cut has affected more than 2,800 homes across Bournemouth since 8.10am this morning.
Scottish and Southern Electrics Networks (SSEN) says that properties from more than 65 areas have been affected by the cut, which took place this morning. The worst hit postcodes are BH8, BH9, BH10 and BH16.
SSEN states on its website that the power should be restored by noon – except in BH16 where it should be restored by 5.30pm.
