Housing poverty in London

According to the land registry,  the latest data for housing in London from September 2020 showed that the average price for a property in London was £496,736.  An increase of 58.3% since September 2010 when the average property was £290,093. Yet the minimum wage for those aged 25 and over is currently £8.72, an increase of less than £3 over 10 years.
